We cannot avoid ageing yet we can always slow it down. A 50 year old lady can also have vibrant skin, it all depends on how you live. Good news is, every month is a chance for youth again. Because we regenerate our outer layer of skin completely every single month. So instead of experimenting which Instagram filter to use, try to do a CPR for your skin today with the follow 3 steps: Step 1: Eliminate the toxic 3
Sugar
Eliminate all refined sugar and fructose, which I’ve mentioned in previous articles fructose is as addictive as cocaine and heroin , we just need 6 teaspoons of sugar per day which more than this make our insulin level imbalance and stimulate the production of sebum, which is an oily film produced by our sebaceous gland and caused acne.

Gluten
A protein found in wheat. The most advance research shows that none of us can literally tolerate which all of us got non-celiac gluten sensitive and we all have mild form of leaky gut. Skin issues are one of the top symptoms from leaky gut. When we got bacteria overgrowth and inflammation inside our gut, everything is reflecting on our skin.

Lactose
Listen, we don’t need milk. All milk only got one purpose which is to make living things grow and adult don’t need it. 70% of world population has been proven cannot metabolise lactose properly which cause acne and autoimmune disease. We can always get calcium from many plant base food. Kale, broccoli, watercress, hempseed are all great choices.

Step 2: Feed yourself the collagen from nature
Skin is the largest organ of our body. It reflects our gut health directly which our intestine needs absorbing good nutrients and remove wastes every minute. It is absolutely important to introduce the good guys after removing the toxic ones in step one.
Healthy Fat
Avocado, coconut, nuts and seeds, wild-caught salmon all providing omega-3 which protect the fatty membranes around our skin cells.

Wholefood
Eat real food and skip the processed ones. The more you bring it nutritionally, the less you crave non-nutritionally. Kale, seaweed, leafy greens, berries, and vitamin A, C source of fruits and vegetables like citrus, carrots all are great source of anti-oxidant and collagen production for skin.

H2O
Up to 60% of our body is water which our brain are composed of more than 70% of it, all the cells, organs, tissues in each part of us need water to regulate and function. It is important for us to drink sufficient amount of water so our skin can shine Step 3: Self-care is the magic Pitera
Dark eye circles, dry unhealthy skin is a symptom of adrenaline fatigue. When we are in stressed mode, which is the red zone, the quality of our hair, nails and skin collapse because our body signal to send all nutrients and oxygen to safe our lives in other areas but not these non-essential process beauty bits.
"The real skin care is self care."
Nurture your skin in a deep soul level, massage, sun bath, let go of all guilt and judgement on your skin is the key to a brighter one. One of my favourite self-care is diaphragmatic breathing, bring every inhale deep down towards the belly and exhale with a long slow deep breath. The longer your exhalation is, it easier to achieve instant calmness and relaxation.

If you do all the above 3 right, I guarantee you would look very different after a month and saving large amount of money from luxury cosmetic and skin care . Relax, be patience, appreciate your effort and honour every improvement in your skin recovering journey. Remember, every problem is not a problem, we just need to find the root cause and know how to cope with it wisely.
