Remove Judgement & Pain disappears
We all have the tendency to judge. Judging others, from those we are close to someone we barely know which we just want to leave a bad comment on their social media post. But the one we judge most frequently in the meanest way is judging ourselves.
"Stop it! You idiot."
"Oh come on, why can't you think before you leap?"
"Shame on you failure."
"Seriously? Who the fuck do you think you are? "
"No one cares you know? You are pathetic. "
"For god sake, stop crying."
"What?! You are such a hypocrite."
Negative self-talk is a sign of lack and insecurity. Pain results from all judgements you made. Remove judgement and the pain disappears. Instead of self-sabotaging yourself in mind, choose to accept who you are right here right now, take a slow deep inhale and practice these mantra:
"Even though I feel like an idiot, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though I hate myself, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though I am such a failure, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though I am not good enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though I am weak, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though I am not being my true self, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though..., I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
Accept whatever happening in life. Understand there is no right or wrong. Everything just is. And it never stays the same, nothing remain static in life. Give yourself permission to see what all these self-judgement behind is, what are you avoiding? Breathe, keep breathing into your feeling and see.
Life is full of stress, disappointment, doubt, fear and pain. Only if you say 'Yes' to all these attachments and honour all of your feelings, you make a shift in life. You are choosing the sense of being, opening to new opportunities, and witnessing abundance and clarity flow towards you.
Let's put this self-care project into practice this week. Whenever emotion comes, choose to breathe consciously, judge less and have the awareness on your true feelings.
