The Key on Living a Life: Train Your Thought


Life is a creation from thought, word and action. What you think creates what kind of life you live in. Train your thoughts, like training your muscles. Do it by practicing, like how well you train yourself not doing it by judging yourself everyday. If you think you are in deep shit, breathe and think again. If you think your life sucks, breathe and think again. If you think negative events happen, breathe and think again. If you think you are not capable, breathe and think again. If you think you don't deserve, breathe and think again. A conscious breath blows the negative thought away, you have a choice creating a better life. Have the awareness of judgement, denial and self-attack on every thought, shift your life by one mindful breathing.
