How I poop 3 times a day?

I used to poop 3-4 times a week and think I'm healthy, which I was completely wrong. If we have less than one poop per day or going incompletely, this is what we call "Constipation".

Our gut is also called our 2nd brain, 60-80% of immune system located in gut, it plays crucial rules in digestion, immune system, metabolism and mood. 1-3 times daily bowel movement is a must.

Here are the golden 4 how you can achieve this:

1. Stay Away from Antibiotics

Antibiotics cannot differientiate good or bad bacteria in our gut but kill them all. It damages the lining of intestinal walls and caused leaky gut, bacterial imbalance and overgrowth yeast like candida.

2. Be Hydrated

Keep your gut flora hydrated helps detoxification. Aapart from the golden rule of 8 glasses of water a day. Lemon water, green juice and healthy fluid help supporting the lymphatic system and move the gut.

3. Heal the Gut

Yeast overgrowth is a common problem on gut flora imbalance. Cut sugar, processed carbohydrates and alcohol is the key to heal the gut and prevent toxins overload which leads to irritable bowel syndrome, stressed, or even cancer and Parkinson's disease.

4. Restore Valuable Nutrition

After taking out the bad guys, it is important to introduce the good guys. We need to restore good nutritional food. Food with long chain fatty acid and fibres like coconut oil, wild caught salmon, flaxseed, blueberries, avocado, almonds, walnuts etc calm and heal angry gut. Make sure to have sufficient amount of vitamin C intake everyday. Kiwi is the best fruit that moving the gut.

5. Probiotics, Probiotics and Probiotics

90% of cell in our body is bacteria cells. It is crucial we have enough good bacterias in our gut. Eat fermented or probiotic-rich foods daily. Raw milk, kefir, yoghurt, sauerkraut, pickled, kimchi, natto, tempeh, sourdough bread, kombucha, apple cider vinegar, miso, olive, cheese and bone broth are all great choices. Probiotic supplement is highly recommended too, be reminded to choose a higher quality one with at least 25-100 billion CFU count (colony forming unit which measuring the number of good bacteria in probiotics) and 10-30 different strain diversity.
